Domestic Study Route Released! 2024 Xinjiang Summer Study Camp: Exploring Xinjiang, Beauty of Dinosaurs, and Nature!Xinjiang, formerly known as the Western Region, was a crucial link between the ancient Silk Road, connecting Central Chinese civilization with Eurasian cultures. It sparkled on the ancient Silk Road, bringing a vibrant mix of Eastern and Western cultures to Xinjiang, leaving behind traces of exotic cultures throughout the region. Covering one-sixth of China's territory, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region boasts breathtaking scenery, including snow-capped mountains, grasslands, deserts, basins, and valleys.
Students will set aside textbooks to venture into grasslands, forests, and the natural wonders of Xinjiang. They will visit the Tian Shan Tianchi, recognized as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, and explore the lavender fields in Huocheng County, Yili, known as the "Oriental Provence," from cultivation to processing, gaining insights into the value of lavender. They will also experience the nomadic culture of the Kazakh ethnic group on the Narat Grassland, feel the rush of life at Bayinbuluke, and unravel the marvels of the coexistence of oases and deserts at Kumtag Desert.

Get Close to Nature, Apply Learning in Real Situations While admiring natural heritage sites, students will not only appreciate the beauty of nature but also learn about natural science, understanding the formation of geological landscapes and the natural evolution of geographical landscapes.
